Our policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] . Once the reason for exchange is approved by the team we will have the product collected and replaced within 10 business days.To be eligible for a return, the product must have a substantial defect, be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We do free shipping for all orders above Rs 1000. In some cases, we might call you to confirm your order before dispatch. We have mentioned an approximate time for shipping of orders. Opaque shall not be liable for any delay due to natural calamities or cause beyond our control.
